I got my run in after all! The rain let up so I was able to go before lunch and after my 7-minute yoga and 7-minute ab workout. Actually, it was more of a jog than a run. Well, if I want to be really accurate (which I don't), it was more of a slow jog. However, those are just unnecessary details. The point is I feel that my body is really changing. The changes are really starting to show!
