I am the real Rapunzel! Isn't someone going to rescue me??? ...
I am a bit down at the moment. I have been taking advantage of being able to go outside and exercise the last few days. Today I don't know if that will happen. It is raining this morning. I hope it will clear up by this afternoon. The exercise and the time away from my confined area really helps keep me balanced. Yesterday I went for an hour and a half walk in the morning and 50 minute bike ride in the evening. It felt wonderful! In fact, during my bike ride, I was so mesmerized by the air hitting my skin and sight of the hills and the ocean embracing me as I rode that I actually got distracted and fell off. I didn't fall down to the ground but the bike hit against the post and then against my thigh as I tried to regain my balance. Nothing like a good bruise on one's thigh to really feel alive! The funny thing is that , at the moment that it happened, I was riding on totally flat ground. I have to be more careful especally as I am not wearing a helmet. I decided aganst wearing a helmet till after I come out of isolation as my sweat will contiminate it (radioactive girl!) and I want to keep the ultimate clean-up to a mnimum. Plus, I am only riding on the bike trail at the moment. I just need to pay more attention for now on.
Well, I guess I will do some yoga and then the 7-minute workout before my morning shower.
